    The Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights has released new regulations regarding 第九条, 的 federal law that prohibits sex-based discrimination and harassment within educational institutions. These new regulations were released on May 6, 2020, and took effect on August 14, 2020. 大学 will undergo 的 task of updating our 第九条 and Sexual Misconduct policies and procedures to align with 的 new federal regulations, 以及康涅狄格州的法律, 以及我们社区的原则.
